We offer a range of courses from total beginner, wishing to breathe underwater for the first time, to becoming a Pro with Divemaster, Instructor courses and many Speciality courses. PADI (meaning Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is the largest recognised diving organisation in the world. (www.padi.com)
We have extensive knowledge and experience here in the Algarve – above and below the water!! Our experienced and friendly staff will suggest the best excursion for you. We personalise our dives to suit your experience level, having beach and boat dives along the Algarvian coast. All dives are guided by a PADI professional.
Having learned to dive you may want to buy your first mask/snorkel or fins or if you are already a diver, you may want a strobe or a knife. If you want help or advice with the purchase of any diving equipment, our experienced Instructors and Divemasters are always available to give you advice in our shop.
Indigo Divers - Albufeira Dive Centre, Lda was established in June 2006 and became an Authorized PADI Dive Centre on the 7th August, the same year – S-799165. In May 2011 we were awarded the 5 Star Status from PADI in recognition of our excellent training and customer service, now in 2014 we have become 5 star IDC centre to highest level with our onsite Course Director Jo. Indigo Divers uses only qualified PADI Instructors who are very experienced in teaching PADI courses and have local knowledge of diving in the Algarve. We work with boats fully licensed by the Portuguese authorities. The captains are very experienced working along the Algarvian coast.
Indigo Divers - Albufeira Dive Centre, Lda is a company which is fully recognised by the Portuguese Tourism Office. Licence Nº 32/2007.
All our clients are individually protected by a personal accident insurance specifically for diving.
